2.Shipping Policy

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped through our trusted courier partners across India. 

Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3.Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. Refunds (if approved) will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

4.Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. 

In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

5.Warranty and Authenticity

All products sold by Luxury Lab Private Limited are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers.

We guarantee authenticity and quality for all perfumes listed on our website.
